Friday Favorites {Links & Loves}

Happy Friday everyone! I thought I would change up my Five on Friday and link some things I have been loving and/or lusting after, hence the links & loves.

Remember a few weeks ago when I said I haven't wanted to shop lately? Well that short phase of my life is over lol. I have been SO in the mood for shopping. I tried to go last weekend but that was the day that I had such a terrible headache. Since I haven't been able to step foot in many stores I have been perusing some online sites.

I am loving this top. SO stinking cute! I know that I actually need to go try it on though, Old Navy's shirts can run big. Same with these shorts... the stripes are so fun!

I am loving this new blush I got from Nars. I would have never picked it out because I normally stick to blushes more on the pink side. The girl working at the counter applied it on my cheeks and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it. The Sephora website describes it as a blush champagne but I think it's more of a dusty rose/ bronze color.

I have been on the hunt for a cute dress to wear to Emily's engagement party but sadly I haven't had any luck. I LOVE this dress but I'm not going to pay $220 for it. The pink color isn't normally my thing but I love the style. I also love this one but it's sold out. GRRRR! I'm a terrible online shopper so maybe this is a sign I need to go to Nordstroms this weekend and actually try some things on.

I am going to be making these cookies as soon as I'm done with the Whole30. Sounds counter-productive lol.. I know!

I finally took the plunge and bought some rain boots... just in time for it to stop raining. Darn it! I ended up buying boots from Polar because the reviews said they were just as good as Hunter boots. They were $44 and were shipped within one day from Amazon. LOVE that! I got the hunter green color and I'm sooo excited to wear them!

Caitlin from Southern Curls & Pearls posted about a similar dress and when I clicked on it this was a suggestion on the page. I love that it has short sleeves but the back is still super fun. I would wear this with a jean jacket to school or as an easy go-to staple for the summer.

I have been reading Pretty Girls by Karin Slaughter and WOW it's good. Beware, it's a thriller and is super scary and a little lot disturbing. I should have picked another week to read it because being alone while reading a scary book about a series of murders= terrifying. I can't stop reading it though!

As always I'm linking up with AprilNatashaChristinaKarliErikaNarci, and Andrea. Have a great weekend!!
